  Our cat got sick very quickly and my cousin recommended Braden Run. First they were open later to fit my schedule and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. My parents used another vet in the area that charged insane amounts for basic care and I was happy to learn of Braden Run. The secretary I had seemed pleasant and the vet tech was amazing and caring. It really helped us with a very tough situation, not be as difficult.

  Amazing. My little dog had a seizure (at the time I did not know it was a seizure). They worked me into their schedule to get her in ASAP. Her regular vet was booked and wouldn't take her. Secondly, when I got there they were friendly and understood the nature of the appointment and didn't seem to want to nickel and dime me to death. The Vet loved my baby (which is very important to me). Next, she was thorough but again did not want to nickel an dime me. Lastly, she listened to what I had to say. She listened so well that we did a urinalysis and found an infection. I believe this could have caused my baby to seize. Had she not been concerned and diligent my little dog would have just walked away with some meds for seizures. However, the doctor was honest and we found the cause of the problem. I am very hesitant to try a new vet, we are in a different area and I had no choice ( I just adopted this dog several months ago). I was scared because I have had some scares with vets in the past. I feel comfortable with the pricing and with the level of care my dog received.

  Very good vet. I was a client here for years then moved to West Virginia. I took my dog to a new vet there once and she was horrible. Now I drive an hour just to take my dog back to Dr, McMillen. The staff was all new at my return visit but they seemed nice and were very efficient. It is a bit more expensive than other vets but you really do get what you pay for and it is worth it! I know my baby is getting the best care possible at Braden Run!
